Rutherford's Gold Foil Experiment

Rutherford's Gold Foil experiment was very important in the discovery of the atomic make-up. For more information, here is my Glog:

  1. I really liked how you used a glog for you blog. You did a great job of including lots of information. The pictures and videos were very helpful. It would be helpful if you would have made the text a little bigger. Great job on your blog!

  2. the information in your blog was great, I really liked the layout of your glog and I felt it contributed to the information well. I do however think that you should revisit the part where you talk about the atomic models. Perhaps in the new "correct" model you explain more about the electron orbits in the model and explain about how they pertain to the discovery of protons. I think you could also go into more detail when you talk about the influence of the discovery. Perhaps you could discuss the proton's role in the discovery of other subatomic particles more clearly and go more in depth.

OVerall great job though, you worked hard on this project and it shows

  6. i like the use of videos in your glog. they help the reader visualize what is going on in the experiment with furthermore helps their understanding of the significance of it. also i think the use of a glog to explain this topic was smart because it is a good way to organize your information.
